Fitness for Life
This is Body Happy’s ultimate workout guide in the Body Happy Exercise Philosophy. The Fitness for Life 8-week programme introduces us to the exercise at the top of the Body Happy philosophy, the squat, bench press, deadlift and military press to name a few. As well as using other exercises you have learnt on your journey. The sets and rep scheme is again adapted and progressed from the excel programme.
The two 4-week programmes are Fitness for Life One and Two and are simple, and highly effective approaches to muscle training for beginners and intermediate gym goers.
The training programme is a three times per week whole body workout, lasting 45-60 minutes each workout, allowing your body to feel fit for life.
