Regardless of age, fitness levels, gender, lifestyle and orientation, I can work with everyone who has a real commitment and a true desire to change. Is this you?

I aim to inspire purpose, fully supporting you and helping you get to where you want to be, fitness-wise. When you start to see results, personal training from Body Happy will give you the drive YOU need to succeed.

Education

Want to lose weight? Good nutrition and effective strength training will help you start to shed those unwanted pounds. I have the knowledge and skills you need to help you lose fat gradually and permanently.

You’ll be exercising in the most effective way possible – sometimes quite challenging, but as I know what works and what doesn’t, you will notice a difference.

Fun

Exercise should be something you enjoy doing.

I’m human, too and I don’t take myself too seriously. My clients tell me that working out with me is actually fun. Yes, really. You’ll find that you laugh a lot during our sessions and that you’ll most probably look forward to coming along.

Challenging Yet Managing

I’m not going to press you to your absolute, exhausted physical limits for an hour. You’d be sore for days. And, you’ll never come back.

The truth? Your personalised programme from Body Happy will push you enough to challenge your fitness levels but not to the point of all-consuming, wobbly fatigue. You’ll go that little bit further within a safe environment. Next time you’ll be stronger, leaner and fitter.
